We took our kiddo for his first trip to NYC. This service was great even after we had a considerable delay with our flight! The car was immaculate and perfect to drive into the city. The driver was great not driving too aggressive and being in a hurry. As a person who has used every type of transportation in NYC, the car service is the way to go for ease and comfort. The price was quite affordable when you consider how little you had to do.
Both drivers I had were very communicative, prompt, capable and personable. I felt safe and assured that I would get there safely and on time.
Booked a JFK pickup for 5 people, everything went smoothly. I got a text when the driver was on his way, on site and was waiting for us with my name on display at the gate. The Escalade was a new model and in excellent condition, the driver knew the NYC roads well. All in all I would highly recommend them for black car or Limo services and will use them again in the future.
