I have had my composite decking four months and within a few weeks it looked like these pictures. I have to scrub it on my hands and knees to get any of the water marks off and they never come off completely. I was so proud of my garden renovation now I am embarrassed for anyone to see this. I have raised it with the company with no positive result. I would expect a much better water resistance for the price of the product. I would not recommend.
We used Select for the first time this summer after moving into a new build, after our landscaper who was transforming our sloping rear garden pointed us at them to supply slabs for our terraced areas. The company has been a real pleasure to work with, from start to finish. When we first visited to look at some slab samples on display to finalise our colour choice we were greeted by Graham, who from memory had only recently joined the company. He could not have been warmer and more welcoming, and from that point on he was our ever-helpful contact person, whenever we needed anything, always very responsive by email or if we called. Once our beautiful garden had been finished, we had some leftover slabs and to our delight, Graham confirmed that these could be returned for a refund, less a reasonable restocking fee. Thanks for being such a great company to work with; it shouldn't be hard to find a company that simply does their job well and with a smile on their faces, but in our experience that's not always the case. We would not hesitate in recommending Select to others.
We needed decking and contacted Select Living Group, Daisy was fantastic and helped us choose our decking and we placed our order. All our items were in stock so the two guys in the warehouse who again were fantastically customer focused (I didn’t get their names)loaded us up with some patience and brawn and off we went. I would highly recommend trying select Living. Top job Select Living.
