This shop gave me a unique massage experience, luckily i went on a sunday. Their staff Pugazh, is so informative, patient and explained calmly and patiently of all the products. I appreciate his customer service and the company. They are importers of products, so you get all spare parts with them
DO NOT BUY!! Pathetic service! Wate of money! I got this chair from Lixo, upon confirmation of service! It is just 2 months since I bought it! 1- No one responds to call! 2- Back massage stopped working since 1 month, No service received!
We recently procured the Lixo LI7788 Massage Chair for use at Govt Dept, Andaman & Nicobar Islands. The chair offers excellent comfort and advanced features that truly help in relaxation after long hours. The Lixo team provided prompt installation and professional service. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the product and the experience.
