Excellent service! I called because I had a wasp infestation and they send me someone right away. Nacho, the guys they sent, was polite professional and efficient, in no time he took down all nests and even gave me some tips that had worked perfectly. It’s been a month and they haven’t return. We hired Local after talking with Robbie and getting a quote which was cost effective as possible and providing us a junk removal service and full cleaning for a sale of the condo. 4 person team came in and completed the clean out and cleaning of Condo in two days. The team worked efficiently, were friendly, took only a short lunch to maximize their time and make sure they completed the job. They worked hard and covered every square inch of condo in their cleaning. Thank you to Bill and getting everyone organized throughoutnthe 2 days and then along with Anatolli , Andrea and Simeon removed all contents and filled truck twice then began the cleaning. The 2nd day cleaning was completed, walls washed top to bottom, baseboards, windows , behind and under appliances, the fridge and stove too. The 2nd day two people switched out and we had the carpets cleaned. We were impressed how the team worked together and did whatever job that was required at that moment. All personnel were friendly and mindful of our circumstances. All personnel worked hard ensured the job was completed to expected standards and quoted price. We feel they did an excellent job.
The Local Pest Control was so easy to work and coordinate with. We had biohazard disposal service since a raccoon had died under our patio furniture. I am a germphobe so this was a nightmare for me!
