Had a nightmare with a door in the new house as previous owner had lost the key. After a while popped it on Checkatrade and Joe from Lock Fit came out had a look and had the job done in 10 mins. Cracking service at a reasonable price and professional job all round, would definitely use again.
Joe was utterly brilliant. He came and fitted 6 new locks for me and also was more than accommodating when I needed to split it over 2 days last minute! The locks are great and his knowledge of what we needed was brilliant. Thanks so much!
Joe was incredible, he responded to our WhatsApp for advice immediately, offering to measure our door locks the same day. It turned out he couldn’t improve our system as we already had 3star but he did confirm they were still working correctly after being blow torched (luckily our dog alerted us before too much damage). He spotted the door locks had been fitted the wrong way round so fixed this for to improve saftety. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend his services to anyone. Honest, reliable, and professional guy.
