2026 RawMaxx 24’ Tilt Deck is awesome. Rented on and it hauled so well I went and purchased this. Company and staff is amazing. Went above & beyond to make this deal work out.

Lone Star trailers went above and beyond for us! We traveled out of state to pick up a custom trailer, on a Saturday. Our bank miss spelled the business name on the cashier check, therefor not being able to correctly deposit our check for payment on our ordered trailer. Our bank is closed on saturdays so we were in a pickle!! Lone star trailer worked with us and did more than what was expected even though the issue was on our end. We were able to leave and head back with our trailer and settle things out the following Monday. They will forever have our business! Super great people there!

I leased a 6x 12 trailer on 7-31-2026. I reached out to them on 8-4-2026 stating that one of the fenders had started coming off. I was able to secure it back on. When I informed them of the issue, they advised me to get some screws and repair it myself or take it to somewhere and file warranty claim. They suggested this because I lie over an hour away from them and they don't come out to do repairs. I told them I don't have time to take it anywhere, plus they should do all they can to make it right since I had only had it for 5 days. They didn't do anything, so on 8-12 as I was driving the fender came loose again, so I tried to secure it with tape in order to get to my destination. after driving for a few minutes, the entire fender flew off on 35. I had to find somewhere to turn around and try to find fender. I found it, but by this time, the fender has already dug into the tire. Now I am really hot about these issues. A few other things transpired on top of this, the person I was communicating with via text, said someone would be reaching out to me. I waited almost 30 hours and no response. Prior to me sending them this message, I asked for the corporate number, they stated they were a family-owned business, and they don't do service calls. By them being a small business, that should have made it easier for them to rectify. the issue. I asked for the owner to contact me and for them to provide me with the owner's contact information. Neither of these things happened. I sent pictures of all the issues, they then said they had contacted the manufacture and was waiting to hear back from them. They sent me a number for me to call someone on 8-14. I don't feel I should reach out to them considering I have already contacted Lone Star. There are so many other things wrong with this trailer. I will provide an update over the next few days. There is no way, a new trailer should be falling apart in this manner.
