I went here previously for a pedicure which was lovely. I came again a few weeks ago, the day before my holiday to have a pedicure, lash lift and eyebrow tint and shape. I arrived home extremely upset at how it turned out. I left the salon with uncured and nessy nails, glue all over my eyelids, over processed eyelashes, no tint at the root of lashes, a swollen eye due to product getting in it and rough eyebrows with loose hairs still visible. We called up and expressed our concern and was back and fourth with a manager who eventually offered a refund. I then had to go back to the salon to retrieve it even though I paid via card. I'm appreciative that I received the refund but it ruined my holiday and wasted hours of my time. Unfortunately I would not recommend here for the services above and I won't be returning.

I had a facial at this salon recently all seemed Ok until I woke up the next day and my face was all swollen. When I phoned the salon the young beautician said she had never had this experience before but did not offer any solution. When I asked to speak to the Manager I was told she was not there but would call me. I never heard anything so I phoned again just to be told that I should wait 48 hours for the swelling to go down no duty if care or accountability! I will never go back waste of money and couldn’t go out looking like elephant man ☹️

My wife went here for a spray tan and they missed loads. Under boobs in between fingers etc. any creases were missed. The woman had a bad attitude and was angry that they went back for it to be done properly. If you can’t do it properly, don’t bother. Better get a sun bed next time instead!
