I visited Magnus Hospital today for a blood test and report. However, my experience was quite disappointing. I had to wait from around 11 AM to 3 PM just to receive my report — nearly 4 hours of waiting, which is extremely frustrating for any patient. The hospital’s facilities, cleanliness, and doctors are good, and the staff is somewhat cooperative. But the biggest issue is poor time management. The lab process felt very slow, and there was no clear communication about when the report would be ready. This lack of information makes the waiting even more stressful. If the staff could provide accurate timelines or improve the speed of the process, it would greatly enhance the patient experience. In my opinion, the hospital needs to improve its lab services and report delivery system. Even though the facilities are good, such long waiting times negatively affect the overall experience. Based on my experience, I would say the treatment is decent, but the service is slow and needs improvement.
