The resort looks great from the outside, but that's about it. The service was poor, the room was in bad condition, the bathroom door lock was broken, switches were damaged, and the food was not good. Overall, management was disappointing. It looks impressive in photos, but the actual experience was far from it.
Completely unsatisfied with my visit. Poor food quality, rude staff, and zero attention to customer satisfaction. This place needs major improvements.
