My former doctor of 45 years retired. I thought he was irreplaceable. Then I met Dr Chinedu Okudo. He is a professional, patient, caring, knowledgeable doctor, who listens intently to my concerns. My test results and treatment options are clearly explained. I feel at ease knowing I am in capable and excellent hands. I am grateful to have Dr Okudo as my doctor.
I like the services, straight forward enough. The online booking portal is great, I was able to get a same day phone appointment. But the new answering AI assistant is awful. I just want to speak to the people at front desk!
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Samir Gupta. I brought my 4-year-old son for a skin consultation after waiting a long time for this appointment, hoping for answers and help. Unfortunately, I felt that my son was not properly examined, and my concerns were dismissed. What upset me the most was the way I was spoken to. During the appointment, Dr. Gupta told me somethin that so disappointing that this was the reason for my son's skin condition. As a mother, I found this comment deeply disrespectful, hurtful, and completely unprofessional. I left the appointment feeling judged instead of supported. Parents bring their children to specialists because they are worried and looking for expert care. Regardless of the diagnosis, every family deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. This was my personal experience, and I sincerely hope no other parent leaves an appointment feeling the way I did.
