Doctor Ihsan Al Hamami is one of the best doctors. He's always patient, kind andwilling to help. He listens and he follows up. He's been taking care of me and my mother for many years. In our opinion he's the BEST DOCTOR. Plus I dont wait too long less than 20 minutes and I come on time or call them when I'm running late. 10/10 would recommend.
Dr. Rahul Verma is very respectful, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen to his patients. I brought my son to see him a few months ago for an initial consultation, and we had a follow-up appointment today to review his sleep study results. I really appreciated how carefully he listened to my concerns and how he shared his own professional experience to help guide us. I never felt rushed, and at no point did I feel like my thoughts or concerns were being dismissed. He made us feel heard and supported throughout the process.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Samir Gupta. I brought my 4-year-old son for a skin consultation after waiting a long time for this appointment, hoping for answers and help. Unfortunately, I felt that my son was not properly examined, and my concerns were dismissed. What upset me the most was the way I was spoken to. During the appointment, Dr. Gupta told me somethin that so disappointing that this was the reason for my son's skin condition. As a mother, I found this comment deeply disrespectful, hurtful, and completely unprofessional. I left the appointment feeling judged instead of supported. Parents bring their children to specialists because they are worried and looking for expert care. Regardless of the diagnosis, every family deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. This was my personal experience, and I sincerely hope no other parent leaves an appointment feeling the way I did.
