Searched for two weeks before finding this gem at Maspeth motors , our sales agent ,Giovanna , treated us like family and made our buying experience memorable and not regrettable , they had the car serviced and DMV ready for me the same day . I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them .
I ended up buying a car from a private seller but I was looking at purchasing here. The car I wanted sold but I wanted to leave a 5 star rating because the owner is very helpful, transparent, no nonsense.. he was willing to send me the full carfax, tell me the entire OTD breakdown on pricing; etc. and was patient and kind so for that I’d say they’re worth taking a look at. He doesn’t seem to be trying to rip anyone off like a lot of other places.
Extremely predatory dealership. The woman will lie to you and get you to sign a sub prime loan on a car if you have poor credit. 22% interest rate for a growing family is disgusting and these people should be ashamed of themselves. We weren't fully aware of the process but thankfully we were able to refinance through our bank. Do yourselves a favor and just buy directly from an owner instead of going through this shady business. Highly regret working with these people and wish nothing but the worst on them. 0 ethics
