Bernadette is an amazing therapist. She not only heals my tight muscles she also heals my soul with her personality. I’ve thought massage can be only good on a massage table but I wasn’t right. Now I’m a regular customer always asking for her signatured mixed technique which has relaxation,stretching and also strong movements. I cant wait for every Thursday night.
Had a really great experience with Bernadette. The treatment was much more than just a regular massage she combined deep tissue work with stretching techniques, and I felt noticeably looser and less tense afterwards. I was honestly a bit unsure at first about not having a massage table, but Bernadette made it work incredibly well on the bed. Her technique was confident, professional, and very effective even without a table. She really knows what she’s doing and adapts to what your body needs. Highly recommended!
