Extremely rude experience. We visited multiple stores before this one. As a family, we usually look at items, take photos, and then discuss and decide at home. The photos are simply to help us remember what we liked. One of the workers—who seemed to be the owner—told us we couldn’t take photos. My dad immediately apologized and showed him that he was deleting the photo. Despite this, the man kept repeating “don’t take photos” in a very rude manner and looked at my dad with clear disrespect, even though my dad remained kind, smiling, and cooperative the entire time. When we asked why photos weren’t allowed, he said it was because people compare prices. Comparing prices is completely normal. We explained again that we take photos to remember items and make decisions at home, but he continued to be rude with an awful facial expression. He claimed that every store has a sign saying no photos, yet there was no sign visible at all. We visited nine stores today, and every single one allowed photos without any issue. This was by far the rudest store experience of the day. I truly wish I could give negative stars.

We waited 4 months for a king sized bed frame to arrive (after being told roughly 8 weeks) The supports underneath are not level and the staff at the store were less than helpful. I was promised a call after speaking with someone Sunday the 23rd. They said they would call by the 24th after speaking with the owner. No call and they do not have a voicemail to leave a message. I phoned at different times in the day with no success. I would not recommend using this store. The furniture company at Vokes did not respond to my wife’s call or email as well. You do your best to support a local business and manufacturer and are left high and dry.
I purchased a bed, mattress and sofa from here and they are all great quality as they are Canadian made. Customer service was wonderful although delivery was not as smooth as expected.
