I contacted Jordan in emergency after the January storms blew one of my chimneys off (which bounced a few holes into the roof) and also loosened the skylight. Jordan came out and temporarily patched it to keep it water tight until the job could be done properly. (this was the storm that caused lots of people to not only lose tiles but entire roofs- so an understandably busy time for roofers!). Having assessed it Jordan advised us that in the long term we would be better removing the entire redundant stack and remaining chimneys to roof level and removing and tiling over the skylight to prevent future problems so that’s what we went with. It took a couple of months to get us in the diary but once the job commenced he kept us up to date on what was happening each day. Unfortunately being a 90yr old roof brought some other issues along the way which caused additional costs but these were discussed and explained to me and in the end the job was done professionally. I now have a water tight and secure roof and wouldn’t hesitate to use Jordan again.

Jordan was completely professional throughout.. After storm damage I needed an inspection to be carried out to see what required repairs were required. Jordan advised that due to the age of the existing tiles which were now at their end of life it that the full roof needed to be replaced with new tiles.. He sent a detailed written quotation of the work required. Competitively priced.. Work was completed to a high standard. I now have a lovely new tiled roof 🙂

Jordan was top notch. Came out promptly, and temporarily waterproofed our storm damage. Up front, no pressure to go through with the work. His manners alone were enough for me my wife and me. The work was done in a single day and looks awesome. Fitted a whole new set ridge system to prevent any future storm issues. Any roof needs, give Jordan a shout.
