Maxwell Scientific Corporation – Very Poor Experience We had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Maxwell Scientific Corporation regarding both product quality and after-sales service. > Solid State Million Megohm Meter (Purchased: 02-Aug-2025) – Not working as per commitment. > Smoke Density Test Apparatus (Purchased: 27-May-2025) – Not working. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no effective technical support or resolution. The after-sales service is extremely poor, and the communication from staff as well as senior management (MD/Director level) is unprofessional and unacceptable. ⚠️ Strongly advise others to avoid purchasing instruments from this company, as support after sales is not reliable.

Same here. Extremely bad experience with Maxwell. Very poor service, no proper response, and complete lack of professionalism. Not recommended at all.
