Yes, I also think McAfee is the worst. I bought McAfee software from Amazon. I received an installation key, but unfortunately, it didn't work, and I couldn't install the software. Amazon debited my account, but not with my money. I reversed the charge and contacted Amazon. The money is back. I can only warn others. It's probably just a scam. Don't buy or install it.
It's incredibly frustrating that McAfee is completely unreachable. A nice recorded voice says the Telekom numbers are unknown, and they don't respond to emails. I'm now trying by mail. I simply want to cancel my contract because I can't log in with any of my email addresses, I don't know my customer number (if I even have one), I haven't received an invoice, I don't have a customer account, and to my knowledge, I haven't subscribed to anything. Yet, they still debit my account once a year. The fact that they're completely unreachable to resolve this issue is absolutely unacceptable.
An absolute disaster. Deleting the account is practically impossible. The worst customer service ever. Warning to everyone: Do not buy McAfee products or you will regret it!!!!!!!!
