They were able to accommodate a same day appointment. However would not provide any idea of cost to replace 4 faucets prior to showing up. (Should have been a red flag!) The service tech was on time, polite and detailed in assessing the needs. However, he required $3400 to replace 4 existing residential faucets. This is roughly $1,000/hr. for labor. (I had already purchased the hardware) Absolute robbery! No thanks!
Great service. We have an issue with low water pressure and Zach looked over our plumbing and helped determine where the problem could be coming from. Zach went above and beyond what we expected and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He also identified some older gate valves that were needing to be replaced in the near future. He didn’t try to sell us on doing the work but instead provided us a competitive quote and told us we could call if/when we decided to have the work done. We appreciated the no pressure approach and that he helped identify potential issues. We ended up having the work done that day while he was here and he did a great job. This is our fourth time having work done by McQuillan and we’ll definitely continue to use them as thy provide top notch service and their techs are awesome!
