Unprofessional service, improper maintenance, and unacceptable behavior. I had a terrible experience at this service center and showroom. The quality of work is the worst, they do incomplete, half-hearted service and fail to handle basic bike care properly. Shockingly, they overfilled my bike with 1200ml of engine oil when the required capacity is only 850ml, which can cause severe engine damage. ​To make matters worse, they attempt to tack on hidden charges that were never agreed upon. When questioned about these unauthorized fees, the showroom manager reacted with extreme hostility, screaming, behaving abusively, and acting completely unprofessionally. ​This level of incompetence and aggressive behavior towards customers is unacceptable. The showroom manager needs to be removed immediately.
