The paperwork was processed very quickly. We waited quite a while at both the Pythagoras and Vathy piers, but this wasn't the company's fault; it was due to the slow passport control on the island. There were comments about the air conditioning, but I can't comment as I sat on the upper deck. I didn't experience any problems there. The only issue was that some passengers chatted very loudly throughout the entire journey. This is a matter of respect for others.
On the way back, they skimped on fuel in the heat because they didn't turn on the air conditioning. We were sweating, there was no air. The staff responded to our complaint in an unqualified tone! We don't recommend it to anyone! Choose another company for a cruise!
