It took them over 3 months to obtain the certificate from my GP but if I hadn’t been regularly chasing them up and then actually speaking to the GP myself then it would have taken them even longer. Poor customer service. I definitely won’t use them again

I had just moved house and had to renew my gun licences and couldn't find a new doctor so I was told to use medcert, it long than I expected to get my paperwork back in time but that was down to my old doctor's not realising the information they needed but i will use them again
