I'd prefer no star rating; I don't know what's wrong with the drivers, but speeding through a red light when there are already pedestrians, and in this case children, in the road makes me seriously doubt their fitness to drive.

Drivers constantly harass other road users, for example by tailgating and honking. When you try to contact the company by phone about this, they simply hang up.
