Mega RealtyMaxPROVerified business?

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Megareality Max. Five years ago, I was assured a sum of INR 200,000 upon booking a flat through them. Despite my persistent efforts to follow up, this commitment remains unfulfilled. The financial strain resulting from this delay is significant. Mr. Rajesh Chauhan, the company's owner, has consistently provided excuses, avoided my calls, and declined meetings. Furthermore, the promised assistance with the flat acquisition post-booking has not materialized. I urge potential clients to exercise extreme caution when considering Megareality Max's services.

Mega Realty (specifically Rajesh Chauhan and Mahi) induced my senior citizen parents to invest in Emaar Urban Ascent by promising a ₹15.10 Lakhs rebate in writing. It has been a year since the payment was due, and they have completely defaulted. Instead of paying their debt, they have spent the last 12 months giving false assurances and are now resorting to harassing our extended family members to try and suppress the truth. It is disgusting to see a professional agency target elderly people and then use intimidation tactics when called out. A formal Legal Notice has been served, and we are escalating this to HRERA and Emaar Compliance in both India and Dubai. If you are a buyer, do not trust anything Rajesh Chauhan or Mahi say. Their word has zero value.

Excellent real estate consulting experience with a highly professional and transparent approach. I appreciated the team’s market knowledge, quick response, and personalised guidance throughout the property decision process.
