Dr. Faisal and his entire staff were amazing! Thank you to R.N Alexis and Radiologist Nanette!!! Sharon greeted me I’m the beginning! She let me know that even though I may not could pay today; they would still treat me!!! Take care of me !! It was cold in there and they brought in a heater for me 🥹💕 They treated me like a patient and not a dollar sign! I don’t get paid until Friday but they didn’t treat me any different and still took care of me
I had a very smooth experience here today. They were are so helpful & informative, and the service was extremely timely! Dr. Ngyuyen took such great care of me! But let’s not forget, Keyara at the front desk made sure to update all my information and kindly ensure everything was in order. From Radiology, Heather was absolutely so kind and walked me through everything. Leslie the RN who came to administer a pain medicine shot was so light handed and super empathetic. This is my first time coming here & definitely will be recommending friends & family. Thank you guys for all that you do!

He was courteous, professional, and efficient, exactly what you need when you're not feeling your best. Dr. Khan was outstanding. He took the time to listen to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and made my daughter feel truly cared for. Her calm demeanor and thorough approach gave me peace of mind. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and I was seen quickly without a long wait. It’s clear that the staff here genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this urgent care — especially if you’re lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Khan and greeted by Mathew!
