My fiancé proposed to me with this ring from the Mesmora Jewelry store on Etsy. He proposed on May 20th, and by June 3rd, a stone had already fallen out. No big deal. We contacted the seller, and he refused to replace the ring for us without us paying for a new one in full. Instead, he offered to sell us the missing stones and have a local jewelry store install them for a fee. We obliged and paid $30 for the shipping of the stones. All was well until October 28th, when I realized that three more stones had fallen out. In addition to this, the stone on top was completely bent and slanted. We contacted the shop owner to try to get a full refund, as the ring being completely destroyed in less than half a year is incredibly upsetting. This was supposed to be my forever ring, and it didn't even last a year. We chose the shop because they had great reviews and affordable options, but we did not have the same experience. We tried to leave a review on the Etsy page, but coincidentally, buyers are blocked from making a review past the 100 day mark of owning the product. I wonder why. This is extremely disappointing, and I will never buy from this shop again. I would not trust the sellers, as they were no help and not sympathetic at all. I do not do any hard labor that would cause my ring to fall apart and warp as easily as it did. This is completely ridiculous. I hope nobody ever orders from this shop, as they will be extremely disappointed.
