I came in with several questions about my Metro account, and Ali answered every one with patience and professionalism.

I came in just to pay my bill, but I also wanted to ask why it had increased. Ali reviewed my account, explained the charges, and helped me switch to a more affordable plan. He saved me money, and I no longer have to change carriers. Great service!
