After a hard year bouncing around to dermatology offices that did not fit my needs, I ended up trying Metropolis. And suddenly my hope in the prospect of returning to a more regular life has been restored. It’s funny what finding a doctor that wants to help and makes you feel heard can do for the mind. And of course, a positive appointment outcome lends itself to the mind body connection. Stress related illnesses can be magnified if you don’t get the right care. I’m fortunate to have found metropolis and specifically getting an appointment with Dr. Justin Marson. Because for the first time all year, somebody actually wanted to help. Highly recommend if you can’t seem to get the right care elsewhere. For me, this is the boost in morale that I needed. The supporting staff was also extremely helpful and kind. 10/10 experience.

I found Metropolis Dermatology while searching throughout Orange County for the best dermatologist, and I’m so glad I did. Booking online was quick and easy, and their website is very user-friendly. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. Dr. James Wang has a kind, calm, and professional presence that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and thoroughly evaluated my condition. After reassuring me, he prescribed a treatment cream and set a follow-up plan, which I really appreciated. The receptionist Marisol was very kind . The assistant Greg made me feel very ,very comfortable (first time in 25 years l was not nervous at all about being in a dermatology office!!) Dr.Patel was excellent, took a lot of time with me , asked a lot of questions , but answered even more of mine! I didn’t feel rushed as l have been in other dermatology offices!
