Great experience at Keith Burns Associates. After a bad experience at Bupa, the service here was like night and day. Nicole was an absolute pleasure to deal with — professional, kind, and very reassuring throughout the appointment. I came in with severe wisdom tooth pain and she treated the issue with real urgency and care. Nicole communicated everything clearly at every step of the process, explaining what was happening and what the next steps would be. That level of communication made the whole experience much less stressful. It’s not often you come across someone who combines professionalism with such a reassuring and personable approach. Thank you to Nicole and the team at Keith Burns Associates for making a difficult situation much easier.

Keith is a legend! Took out a tooth for me, and was gentle, reassuring and explained everything in as much detail as I asked for. He takes great pride in his brilliant work, and is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He explains things plainly, and will have honest conversations about treatment options- I’ve never felt I’m being ‘sold’ to, unlike other dentists I’ve been too. If you’re a nervous patient, you’ll be in safe hands :)
