Miller installed our heat pump a few years ago. The pump and furnace seem well installed but our existing ducts were difficult to connect to and the crew didn't really fix up the the recessed canned lights they had to crawl over or patch up a mistaken placement for the hall ceiling intake. That being noted, their service has been friendly, helpful and above board. We had Tom today for our yearly maintenance and he was really efficient and personable.
We had an excellent experience with Paul. He was thorough while inspecting both our AC and mini-split systems. Not only did he take the time to courteously explain his findings and how our systems are performing, but he also went above and beyond by being extra mindful of our elderly indoor cat to ensure she didn't slip outside. Highly recommend his professional and attentive service.
Bryce was a fantastic technician. He was able to answer questions not only about this system, but another system at another house we have. He went out of his way to be helpful and respectful to my elderly mother who is in the house. We have used Miller for five years and have been extremely happy with their service. Would highly recommend-they let you know the cost upfront for maintenance and they will tell you the cost of a repair if needed before they start.
