Minnoch Services GarageDoorsPROVerified business?

I had my electric garage doors and motors installed by this company in 2021. After nearly four years, one of the doors began malfunctioning. I contacted Amrit, who responded immediately and came out to assess the problem. Despite the installation being well outside any typical warranty period, he fixed the issue completely free of charge. This level of after-sales service and commitment to customer satisfaction is exceptional and speaks volumes about their integrity as a business. I couldn't be more impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door services. Thank you, Amrit!

I am not happy with MINNOCH services. Had a issue with my garage door. Had used these people before. I think was John was very good and always did the work for me. This time about 3 weeks ago I rang them had a issue but a new person turned up. I asked him where is the other guy. Was told he has left. This new person was very rude and did a very bad job. After a few days I had the same issue again and he turned up to fix it. To my surprise was charged again. After 3 weeks same issue again. I called them no answer. I had to get a different company to fix my garage door. He gave a report and fixed my door. They was lots of things this company did it wrong. These person in charge of this company is rude. I would never ever go with them again.

Our garage door was replaced by Minnoch a few years ago, When the bracket that attached the door to the opener broke I asked them to come and repair it. Their service was pompt and the technician was friendly. The bill was very reasonable. I am hoping not to need their service again for a while and would highly recommend them.
