I was impressed by the patience, attention to detail and professionalism of this family business. Nothing was too much trouble as I tried various options of mobility scooters and motorised wheelchairs for a two week hire. Equipment was in great condition, near new and well maintained. Appointment needed to get the best service as they are busy. Delivery is an option.
The hire charge is more than reasonable but their pick up and delivery charge is disgusting boardering on robbery. I needed to change a collection location and because it was 15 kilometres further away from there office, they charged me an extra $77!!!!!! It was a fold up scooter for heavens sake
Great service, friendly helpful people. Very reasonable hire age cost but because I needed the scooter delivered to my city accommodation and then picked up the cost increased, but you pay for great service. Having the scooter made my time in Melbourne so much better as I could go heaps more places and use the appropriate trams. Shops and malls, cafes and restaurants very accepting. Have to say had a fabulous time. If you have limited mobility I highly recommend.
