Amazing, top-notch service... very friendly and despite being busy, delivery was very fast at a great price. Would definitely order again!

My problem was immediately recognized and taken seriously, and I received professional and prompt assistance with great dedication and expertise. Fantastic service, very friendly advice, and above all, reliable response to my request for help! A huge thank you to Torsten Weber and his team at Motoshop Weber. If I'm ever in the area, I'll thank you personally. C. Folger

Incredibly friendly and helpful service. I contacted Motoshop Weber about a broken exhaust and asked if they could repair it. Since that wasn't possible, they put me in touch with the manufacturer and initiated the repair process. They even sent me the address where I should send the exhaust. Motoshop Weber did all this without charging a single euro, purely out of goodwill. I'd never been a customer before, but that's changed now. I'll definitely be ordering any future parts I need from Motoshop Weber. This kind of service is rare these days, and I'd like to thank them again for their help.
