Excellent moving services! Quick, reliable and efficient. Although my move was not very large, they got everything done with no hassle. Communication was clear about pricing and work to be performed. Thank you to Curt and John for the help. Definitely recommend their services.

Commercial real estate scenarios. Last minute projects, multiple issues leading to scope creep, and they still got the projects done. We did two difficult projects in a two week period and never heard complaints. I’d recommend and work with them again.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND FIND A HONEST AND REPUTABLE MOVING COMPANY...THIS IS NOT IT!!! I contacted Move 4 All requesting a quote for our move. I provided detailed descriptions of the items I needed moved to include furniture materials, num of rooms, the home having stairs, the distance between homes while giving exact addresses so they could calculate the distance...I left nothing to question. I was provided a quote for 3 me, the truck, and a 4 hour job. The properties are an hour and a half away, as disclosed. I hired the company based on the quote. The day of the move, when the movers arrived the nightmare began. The first guy off the truck looked at the stairs and told me that he "was going to need to move the light stuff" as it was his "first day back" and he has bad knees!!! I did not hire them to move light stuff; we the light stuff!!! As the day progressed two of the guys disappeared at separate times for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. At one point the foreman asked me if I knew where his guy was!!! The foreman yelled and cursed at one of the workers and threatened to fire him. Instead of taking the one flight of stairs directly to my doo and the truck, they extended time going down a winding hallway to use the elevator; I had never seen anything like this. Three hours later they get the truck loaded!!! Three hours on a 4 hour quoted job with an hour plus drive!!! I expressed concern to the foreman at the 2 hour mark when several pieces of my furniture was still not moved and he told me not to worry! Fast forward to the delivery. They arrived at the house 30 minutes later than they should have and upon unloading, we discovered that they broke the leg of my daughter's dresser!! The manager told me that it wasn't covered due to it being press board and not real wood; that was not disclosed prior to the move!!! The movers then sat in the truck with my items until I finalized my bill with the manager. I paid my invoice for the quoted amount and the manager stated that someone else would contact me for the QUOTE BILL!!!! I was confused and he informed me that I owe an ADDITIONAL $985.00!!! I WAS QUOTED $682.00 which we paid. I demanded a breakdown and the second guy stated that I needed to speak to the first manager because he booked the job and he didn't want to get involved!!! Meanwhile, the movers sat in the truck holding the remainder of my furniture hostage until the additional $985.00 was paid!!! My family assisted because naturally I didn't allocate $1700.00 for a move that was quoted at $682.00!! They dropped my granite top dining room table...twice, putting a crack in the granite and attempted to leave without pu our beds and other pieces back together!!!! I'm retired military so I've moved quite a bit and I've never had such a horrible experience.
