Recently had an appointment with Dr Alex Qui, I’m a very nervous patient naturally and I had an amazing experience. Couldn’t recommend him or this practice enough. It started with a reassuring call from Madonna, she saw my note mentioning my anxiety around dental visits and called me to give reassurance to help ease my nerves. This attention to detail made such a difference from the beginning. Dr Alex was kind, reassuring and respectful. I still cannot believe I had 2 wisdom teeth taken out in the chair, this speaks to Dr Alex’s professionalism and patient care, if you knew me you’d know how crazy it is that I was comfortable enough to do this! A welcoming and kind practice space, with kind people.
