This is a MUST SEE museum!!!... Ali was so much more than boxing but also an artist & humanitarian, who lived his life according to his values, persisting despite setbacks & adversity. The design of the museum is very user-friendly, sending everyone to the top movie theatre to see a brief film & then to work their way down each floor through the exhibits to cover eras + experiences, including a rich heaping of contextual depth. There are areas integrating his 6 Core Principles of Confidence, Conviction, Dedication, Giving, Respect, & Spirituality. ~ I especially loved the hype of the marquis area that made me feel like I was right there at the main event!... The circular meditative area addressing spirituality was absolutely lovely. The kids will love the interactive training area with instructions by daughter & boxer, Layla Ali. (I was surprised there was not much more about his family though.)~ I even shed some tears in the touching area showing his funeral procession that was routed through the city he called home. Finally, there is also a gallery area with a travelling exhibit. I relished every minute & took a good solid 4 hours to see / experience everything. The building & grounds are a work of art in themselves. Staff is wonderful. Student, military, & senior discounts available. There is not much street parking available (being right on tge river & by the highway), but an atrached paid parking garage (which was kinda spooky) that cost me $9 total.
Rather than replacing teaching, Mathsframe games can reinforce concepts, build fluency and give pupils opportunities to practise skills in an interactive format.

A visit to the Center was one of the highlights of our trip to Louisville. The location was easy to find, and I appreciated that they honored an educator discount after I provided proof of my credentials. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave us a great tip to begin our visit on Level 5 and work our way down through the exhibits. That recommendation made the experience flow perfectly and allowed us to fully appreciate Muhammad Ali's incredible life, legacy, and impact on the world. The exhibits were engaging, educational, and thoughtfully curated. I especially enjoyed the short film presentation, which added a meaningful and inspiring touch to the overall experience. There was so much to learn, and the interactive elements kept us engaged throughout our visit. Whether you're a boxing fan, a history enthusiast, an educator, or simply someone who enjoys learning about influential leaders, this is a destination worth experiencing. I highly encourage anyone visiting Louisville to add the Muhammad Ali Center to their itinerary. It is absolutely worth the visit.
It was so amazing to visit the museum dedicated to the legend Muhammad Ali. Four floors of exhibition gracefully illustrated the life and career of the icon, his achievements, struggles, and his life before and after boxing. The tour started from fourth floor, where they placed many of his costumes, trophies, championship belts, a theater playing movie about his life in loop, and some fun activities for guests like trying out in a boxing ring. Remaining floors had much less exhibition but they still highlighted many aspects of him. We went to the museum an hour before closing. There was parking lot under the museum that charged $3 for first 1 hour of parking. We bought the tickets from gift shop. The lobby area was stunning. We explored all 4 floors for about 40 minutes. Then we went to the gift shop for souvenir. Sadly all magnets and similar small items were empty in the display. There were other stuff in the shop too, but appeared to be lower quality, especially apparels and accessories made out of fabric like hats. The books and poster were much better. The staff members were friendly, provided us guidance on how to explore the museum. All in all it one of the top destination in Louisville.
