If I could leave zero, I would. The most dismissive, unhelpful, and unkind front desk ladies (6/6/26 @ 12:00pm). Two were older, one younger. Three attempts at getting information were all met with hostility. No information concerning our reservation was shared. Glares were directed at us while we were waiting. Our arriving guests even mentioned the unwelcoming behavior upon arriving. We were denied our complimentary 15 minutes for setup due to “staff availability”, meanwhile they sat and unpacked their McDonald’s with zero urgency or care for that matter, in tending to their guests. Absolutely unprofessional and unnecessary. Will NEVERRR recommend this establishment for anyone’s sake and will never be back.

Came here to get a pass for Cruse Dog Park. Very busy place...we loved the dog park. Staff is incredibly friendly.

I went here for project graduation and had a great time. The pool was really fun and I enjoyed the water slide. There were fun games to play and space overall was very clean.
