I went in as a foreigner knowing very little Japanese but the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! Atmosphere also felt very welcoming. Saddly the item I was looking for wasn't available but there was still so much to choose from so I still left as a happy customer. I sincerely appreciate that they have put up samples for a lot of the male toys. Being able to feel how soft it is gives me confidence as a customer that few establishments are able to provide. Highly recommend it to anyone, whether they are a local or a tourist!
The aisles and stairs are narrow so it's a little difficult to access or step back to see what's on the shelf. They have a section devoted to luxury ladies toys, such as the womaniser, and I was delighted to find they stock menstrual cups and discs! It might be the only place in Tokyo that you can actually see and touch menstrual cups before you buy. The ladies section also has pelvic floor training tools. Lingerie is very limited in size, but they do have a section for men's wear which is nice.
