I love coming to MCC, it’s always such a nice experience. Penny is the best, she is very professional, friendly and nice to deal with. She is the best at what she does. I hardly ever have any bruises when she performs my procedure. I also love the happy gas option, it make everything so much easier. This clinic is all about customers and experience. I had been a client for years, but yesterday's experience was horrible. I had booked in for a 45 minute consultation as I wanted to change (perhaps) my treatments. The nurse was rude, abrupt and did not like me asking questions. I felt pushed into just doing what I'd been doing before and I was finished with 15 minutes from walking in the door to out. It was clear she had more important things to do than bother with clients. Will not be back & writing this review so others dont have this negative experience with such a sensitive treatment.
My husband & I have been going to this clinic for years . It’s modern, clean & offers a whole range of cosmetic treatments. We see Miss Penny, and she is absolutely AMAZING!! She is professional, knowledgeable & always takes the time to give honest advice. I highly recommend this clinic .
