I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this clinic. I first had Botox done two weeks ago, and I can genuinely say it is the best Botox treatment I have ever had. The results are natural, subtle and exactly what I was hoping for. Yesterday I returned for my Sculptra treatment. I know the true results will develop gradually over the coming weeks and months, but even this morning my face already looks fuller and refreshed, and I’m so pleased with how everything has gone so far. What I particularly appreciate is that I never felt pressured or over-treated. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout both procedures. I wanted natural results that still looked like me, and that is exactly what I feel I’ve received. I would absolutely recommend this clinic and am very grateful for the care, professionalism and attention I received.

I’m extremely disappointed with my Botox treatment at this clinic. I’ve had beautiful Botox results for around six years at other clinics and decided to trial this one. Unfortunately, my forehead now feels excessively frozen and heavy, my eye area looks noticeably heavier, and I’ve experienced drooping around my eyelids. At other clinics my eyebrows have lifted and given me a lovely, open look. This time I look constantly angry and heavy around the eyes — it’s horrible. I’m wearing glasses every day and even a baseball cap because I feel so self-conscious about my eyes. Even applying eye makeup has become difficult because the movement around my brows is so restricted that I have to physically lift my eyebrow to apply eyeshadow. Based on my experience, I would recommend seeking a more experienced injector. After six years of knowing how my face responds to Botox, this result is completely unlike anything I’ve experienced before and has been incredibly upsetting. I also noticed another review describing a very similar experience, which the clinic responded to by saying it was a fake account. Having now experienced something similar myself, I view that response very differently. Sadly, I would not return for further treatment.
