Therapists and Psychiatrists are great, the administrative staff/practices is terrible, I got scheduled for a Sunday (when they are closed) even though I was told over the phone it would be Friday. No compensation other than just oops we’ll get you in sometime next week. Seeing a different therapist is difficult too they need to have you transferred even if you’ve been discharged by a certain therapist but trying to use that same one doesn’t work either for some reason? Administration also repeatedly cannot seem to read notes on how to address their patients either no matter how many times I’ve mentioned it was an issue over the phone.

I’ve used MyPsych for pretty much all of my mental health care. Everyone there is wonderful and caring and will work around your schedule. DP has been particularly amazing in helping me feel comfortable during treatments. Highly recommended!

I love this practice! It really has changed my life for the better. I have been working with DP. She is very professional, a kindred spirit, and very knowledgeable. I have learned so much from her! I always look forward to my weekly appointments because of her!
