I loved Dr. Syal 16yrs ago. She worked with Bayshore Pediatric. First doctor my son saw after birth. She was very informative and thorough back in those days. At nag, you can see her picture, but I haven't seen her there. I was hoping to have my son seen, but we were there for an hour, and her clinic does not reflect her work like I had hoped. We left disappointed. Not even checked all the way in. Everything takes a long time, and the employees are not the best. (Not even close 😅)

Honestly, this place was great. The staff were super nice, and I didn’t have to wait forever to be seen, which is rare. Everything was clean, and the doctor was really easy to talk to. They explained things in a way that actually made sense. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need to.

I had a really good experience at NAG Clinics. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. I only waited about 10–15 minutes, which was nice and understandable . The provider was professional and took the time to actually listen to what I was saying instead of rushing through the appointment and prescribed me the medication needed . They explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Overall, it felt like they genuinely care about their patients. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.
