I would not recommend this place, especially if you have young children. Yesterday, I visited with my 10-month-old daughter. Before the visit, I checked their website, which stated that children under 5 years old were covered by Medicare. When I went to reception, the staff were unsure about the policy and told me someone would call me to clarify the situation. However, nobody called. Instead, I received three messages requesting payment. I called twice on the same day and once again the following day to get clarification, meaning I had to contact them three times in total. It was frustrating to receive repeated payment requests without clear information or a proper explanation from the staff. The lack of communication and transparency regarding fees made this a very disappointing experience. Patients should be given clear information about costs upfront, and staff should be able to explain the payment policy accurately. Based on my experience, I would recommend choosing another provider with clearer policies and better customer service, particularly if you have a young child.
