I had a great experience at Family Dental. Marian was extremely accommodating and made sure I was taken care of. Dr. Gomez was professional, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I also want to recognize my referring doctor, Dr. Gordon, and his team for their professionalism and support. A special thank-you to the ladies up front who jumped through hurdles to get me in as soon as possible. From the referral to the appointment and treatment, it was truly a great team effort. Kayla scheduled my mom's appointment and her pre meds. She was very helpful on the phone and in the office. She knew my mother instantly when she entered and signed her in without delay. Sierra, the hygienist, has taken care of my mom for years and is friendly, thorough in her treatments, kind (even put a blanket on Mom because she was cold), and gentle. These staff members and their professional knowledge made my mother's trip to the dentist a special one. My mother approves this evaluation!
