The WORST Customer Service Experience Ever!!! I called days in advance to reschedule an appointment. The female on the phone provided a new date and time. Upon arrival the office was closed for lunch BUT the office was due to open at 1:30, the same as the new appointment time. The female at the glass window told me there was no appointment in "her" computer. Not in the old system or the new system. Then she said that there has never been an appointment at all. Well please explain the 05-20-2026 appointment that was conducted and paid for. Please explain why I was given an appointment card for the appointment that was "rescheduled". Please explain to me how you have my name, address & DOB if I've never been there. In addition, I provided all the appointment reminder text messages received from New Age Foot & Ankle Surgery. She couldn't explain. All she kept saying was "You have to fill out new paperwork." There was no apology, no I'm sorry, not even offerring to squeeze in a walkin appointment or schedule another appointment. NOTHING!! She just kept repeating the same thing about you've never been here, there no appoinment in the computer, you need to fill out new paperwork. Well, this practice needs a new receptionist/appointment scheduler that has the competency to perform a job and knows how to work with the public.

When I called to make the appointment the person who answered the phone hung up on me. She didn't this is New Age Foot & Ankle. She asked what I wanted & I said I would like to make an appointment. She hung up. I called back and that time she was kind of professional. I came for my appointment & saw Dr. Carr. He wanted to give me an injection, sell me shoes, & arch supports. I feel he didn't really take interest. I won't be back

I had been suffering with an ingrown toenail for months and I finally decided to do something about it. He was very kind, easy to communicate with, and he took time to explain the best way to care for my toe afterwards. Everything healed after two weeks, and I highly recommend New Age!
