The staff at NMUC Comanche and Juan Tabo are amazing, they definitely went above and beyond standard hospital visits. I was promptly attended to by the front desk agent, Lara, who had a very informative and shined a friendly demeanor. When I was called back to be seen Dominique made me feel that I was in safe hands and gave me all the information I needed to ease my mind about my injury. The Nurse was very proficient in her medical knowledge, she was also very patient and kind. I was confident in her ability and skills to execute the task. All the staff here made me feel welcomed and cared for, I didn’t feel unwanted or rushed. Everyone had a positive attitude and love for helping others. I’ll definitely be returning here for any future medical care and I highly recommend anyone with a medical concern or emergency to utilize this professional, caring and competent team.

This was the worst experience. Do not go here if you need help. There was no one at the front had to wait to be checked in. I had a cut finger that required stitches. I was bleeding had trouble filling out the paperwork. I was in the waiting room for so long. Never was triaged or given so much as a paper towel. I sat in the lobby bleeding for 2 hours and 15 minutes. I finally left to go to the hospital where I was seen by a real doctor and real medical staff. People with real medical experience. This is a sub standard practice and should be shut down. There is no urgency and no care in the horrible experience they provide.

The whole clinic is great, from the front desk kim checking us in to the MA Katrina and Provider Nirja. I have nothing but good visits here the staff is kind and the wait at times can be fast or at times we have to wait a while but it's better than ER and have to wait 5 hrs. Sylvia, Dominique, and Lara were very helpful last visit and gave me such good advice. We absolutely love the whole clinic
