Never shopped in New Look before but as M&S, Next, River Island etc have now closed in Wolverhampton city centre- I thought I would give it a try to buy some Summer clothes having just popped in H&M next door. I had only been in the shop about 3 mins and spotted some trousers on a rack that I picked up and liked the look of. I asked a member of staff where I could go to try them on. First thing she said quite rudely was ‘I will need to put a tag on them first!’ She did not even tell me where the fitting rooms were. I promptly put them back on the rack and walked out. Not welcoming.

Arguably one of the best stores in the Mander Centre, the staff are always going above and beyond to help you and I always feel welcomed when shopping here.

Amazing store with a wide range of Smart and trendy clothing for going Out! Casual wear and comfortable Clothes! Always find something here! Friendly and helpful staff!
