I had an excellent experience with Newway Orthodontics. Over the course of a year, I received comprehensive dental care, and the entire process was seamless and reassuring. Dr. Sombir has exceptional expertise and precision in his work. Dr. Jasdeep and Dr. Himani are equally skilled, professional, and attentive. The entire team is highly coordinated, supportive, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care. Recommended to all
I want to share my honest experience with Newway Orthodontics so that others can make an informed decision. I was convinced to pay nearly ₹2 lakhs for a night guard after being told that it was the only solution for my clenching, bad bite, and jaw issues, and that I would need to wear it before starting braces. Trusting the advice given to me, I went ahead with the treatment. After two months, I was suddenly told I was “ready” for braces, but instead of moving forward with what we had initially discussed, I was strongly pushed toward Invisalign. When I clearly expressed that, given my level of overcrowding and bite problems, I preferred clear ceramic braces, the recommendation changed again — I was told to try Invisalign first and that if it didn’t work, braces would be done “for free.” This back-and-forth left me feeling confused and pressured rather than properly guided. Thankfully, I decided to seek a second opinion from a senior, government-college-trained orthodontist who carefully examined me, clearly explained my actual diagnosis, and advised that braces were the appropriate and definitive treatment from the beginning — without unnecessary delays or added expenses. Within just three months of starting the correct treatment, I have experienced significant relief and visible improvement. I am sharing this so others remain cautious: don’t be swayed by fancy interiors or aesthetic marketing alone. Always seek clarity, ask questions, and consider a second opinion before committing to expensive dental treatments. Your oral health is too important to be influenced by sales pressure.
