“My experience at Nomani Hospital was very disappointing. The overall service and patient care were not up to the mark. The staff member administering injections did not appear skilled or professional, which made me uncomfortable. More importantly, it felt as if a compounder was handling responsibilities that should have been performed by a qualified doctor. This raised serious concerns about the quality of care and patient safety. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its standards.

I am writing this review with complete honesty. Most of reviews yeh log khud patients se likhvate h apko pata hoga sab. But me honestly review dera hu I would strongly advise against choosing this hospital in an emergency situation. The only positive aspect of my experience was the MD doctor, who was professional and polite. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff, especially the reception team, were quite rude and unhelpful. The receptionists often behaved arrogantly and lacked basic courtesy when speaking to patients. One major issue is the excessive waiting time. If you visit for a consultation and the doctor asks you to get tests or reports done and return the next day, you are still required to wait another 1–2 hours just to show the report. Reviewing a report and adjusting medication usually takes only a few minutes, yet patients are made to wait for long periods again. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the reception staff. Whenever patients ask reasonable questions about the waiting time or process, they are often met with rude and dismissive responses. I believe hospitals should prioritise patient care, efficient service, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, my experience here did not meet those expectations.

I recently had a very positive experience at this hospital during my father’s surgery. The entire process, from admission to recovery, was handled very smoothly and professionally. A special mention to PD Sir, who is an excellent doctor with a very friendly and humble nature. He explained everything clearly, guided us at every step, and made us feel confident and stress-free throughout the treatment. I would also like to sincerely appreciate the nursing staff, especially Bishra Madam. Her caring nature, patience, and dedication towards patients truly stood out. She treated my father with genuine kindness and ensured he was comfortable at all times. Overall, the hospital staff is highly supportive, attentive, and well-coordinated. I am truly grateful for the care and service we received. Highly recommended. ⭐
