Relaxing Oasis Our cedar hot tub arrived well-packaged and ready for assembly. The parts were clearly labeled, and everything fit together perfectly. The included screws for securing the steel bands were a thoughtful touch, and all the necessary components were provided. I watched the assembly video beforehand, which made the process straightforward and enjoyable. One tip that helped during setup was using a string around the top to keep the staves in place. A rubber mallet was also invaluable for gently securing the pieces. The cove and bead design created a surprisingly watertight seal, and I experienced very little leakage once the tub was filled. Having owned a traditional hot tub for years, I realized that many of the extra features often go unused. The simplicity of this cedar tub is exactly what I was looking for — easy to use, beautiful, and functional. The natural cedar aroma each time I lift the lid adds to the relaxing experience. This tub has truly become our own little backyard oasis. It’s a joy to show it off and even more rewarding to say we assembled it ourselves

Thoroughly impressed with Northern Lights across the board! From the initial contact to completion Zach has been on point. Lloyd took over putting the order together and getting it delivered 10 days earlier than promised. Everything was included in the packed skid to assemble from start to finish. I mean everything, no trip for screws, caulking, pvc glue... I mean everything! This company is f nothing but first class. Customer service oriented and supportive from the very first contact. Their tech.team was "second to none" answering all my technical questions.
