Having a tiny space for outdoor seating, it's really difficult to get furniture as everything is generally big and chunky, unless you want a traditional table and chairs. I was delighted when I found this set, comfortable and attractive, but not chunky so it fits in my small back yard. Reasonably priced and delivered quickly. The only thing that took a long time was getting my husband to build it 😆 Great product and great service 👍

Avoid this company at all costs!! Placed my order on the 7th July with a 4-8 working day delivery time, on the 13th July I have received an email stating there is a delay with my order. Then I was called on the 16th to say theyre due for delivery on the 20th, I have rearranged delivery for the 22nd July as this suited me better The tracking was saying 10:16-10:46 and that the driver would call 30 minutes before delivery. With that in mind I popped to the shop around the corner, I received a call at 10:10 to say that the tiles had been delivered at 10:10 meaning I could not check them as the driver had delivered and dashed. As soon as i have got back from the shop, I checked my delivery. The first four tiles I opened were completely broken, I understand this can happen in transit, i have called to report the damage and was told "the claims team will be in touch". I have then continued to unpack the remaining 36 tiles, of those 36 tiles, around 30 of them had surface defects, chips, high spots where there has clearly been debris in the printing process, there were actual lines from the printer where it looks like it was running out of ink. There was a HUGE quality control issue with my order. Due to this I called to report the further issues with my order, this was done on the date of delivery 22nd July. I have chased them up almost daily to no avail, I was told multiple tiles that "the claims team will call you back today" or "they will email by the end of the day" the first correspondence I got was on Tuesday 28th, to which i replied immediately. They then didn't reply again until today, 31st July. They said "Having reviewed the photographs and your comments in the initail email, we would like to clarify the characteristics of our Kandla Grey Porcelain Paving. This product is manufactured to replicate the appearance of natural Kandla Grey sandstone. The veining, tonal variations, and surface lines are intentional design features created during manufacturing to reflect genuine stone characteristics. These variations differ between manufacturers and are not considered quality issues or defects." This is a complete fabrication, the damage to the tiles cannot be claimed to be "variation", there are chips in the surface of the tile! I have used these tiles before from another retailer and not one of them had the same damage. Clearly an attempt to fob me off and wash their hands of any blame for shipping out sub standard materials. I have also asked multiple times to raise a formal complaint which has been conveniently ignored. I took time off work to complete this project, I hired machinery to help me do this, as a DIYer with a full time job, it is difficult to set time aside to do things like this, then to be treated like i have feels like an insult. My order is not for £1000s so I feel like I am not worth their time to deal with. I feel like i have no choice but to use my consumer rights to reject this order, leaving me with no tiles to lay. Either that or lay the sub standard materials and constantly see the defects daily. Please, do not order through Nustone, find somewhere else.

Terrible comapny now was fantastic the last 3 ordered have been a mess. Was sent out broken slabs apon trying to get them sent back for a refund 4 days back and forth with them iv now got to pay a £200 restocking fee half of what I paid for the slabs to have them collected due to there poor quietly disgusting im being penalised for there poor slabs. They also called a random person about my order as apparently they spoke to me yesterday about this no call my end at all data protection sounds about right see you in court. Worse part is iv been using them for about 3 year on all jobs spend stupid money with them no loyalty at all seem the last 6months they have gone right down hill. Reply to your message no you give me no choice but to except you refund and you said no personal details where given but I no they where to pass security. Im still waiting 3 weeks later for my refund to come back and being told its with the accounts department absolutely shocking customer service from them if anything goes wrong with your order please be aware your going to have a nightmare sorting with this company and mostly be charged extortionate rates to pick there faulty items (as you can clearly see in the photos) back up to just resell to someone else with an excuse of apparently iv said they where the wrong size this job was completed before they managed to pick the slabs back up thanks to stonecraft we managed to still finish on time for the customer unfortunately still having issues with my refund from nustone weeks later.
