Nutrafol HairSupplementPROVerified business?

If I could give this supplement zero stars, I would. I was taking the recommended dosage of Nutrafol Balance and my liver enzymes skyrocketed to 10x the normal numbers. I only found out because I had my annual physical while taking these supplements. I immediately stopped and after a couple weeks my levels went back down to normal levels. After looking this up online, I read there’s been a lot of scenarios of liver enzymes rising after taking this on supplement, even a class action lawsuit. I contacted Nutrafol and submitted a medical claim to document this with their company. I have two unopened packs bc I bought a 3 month box from a third party retailer. Unfortunately, I cannot return these unopened packs and am stuck with them. Nutrafol tried to say there’s no known effects but I want everyone who takes these to be aware there are chances your liver can be affected. I’m also disappointed the company would not be able to take their product back since it was not purchased directly from them.

I used Nutrafol mainly because of their natural ingredients and ads. I took 4 pills each day for 8 months. I experienced no results and my hair continue to disappear. After 8 months of swallowing pills and money lost, I accepted this product was nothing more than another scam. If you are thinking about using Nutrafol, please don't. Save your money and time.

I've ordered from Nutrafol twice, both times I have had shipment issues. The first time, my products just sat in a warehouse for 5 days and it took a total of 10 days to receive the product from the order date. The second time, I started a subscription, and it didn't ship for 30 days. Customer service was helpful, but based on past reviews, they seem like they don't want to fix their payment and shipment issues. Nutrafol, respond with your canned response below... **UPDATE: Nutrafol emailed me the next day and gave me a FULL REFUND ($209) for my last order due to past shipping issues.
